I just opened and looked thru your CBW Productions web site. That is really nice, Some of those letters of recommendation will bring tears to your eyes! What wonderful recommendations! You must know you offer a wonderful service to those who would otherwise lose that personal contact with loved ones. Also your professional way of handling things is certainly appreciated by many--a rarity when it is so difficult to be treated politely and efficiently by businesses today. Just to get a human voice is next to impossible. This is a wonderful service you perform.

I can't express how thankful I am that I found your service. I have had my father's voicemails on my phone for over a year now, praying they would not erase. I went into my voicemail each week & re-saved them. I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to get them saved somehow permanently. I work for Verizon Wireless and stumbled across your service while searching for something. It means so much to have my Dad's voicemails saved to listen to forever. He passed away almost a year ago from cancer & he was my best friend... Thank you for offering such a wonderful service!!!

Hey there, good afternoon. My name is Patricia and I purchased an order with you to receive a voicemail in e-mail form. I just wanted to thank you. I have been re-saving this massage on a daily basis for over a year now, and it had finally come to it's expiration on my phone, making it impossible for me to keep. I know that it is a part of what CBW productions does, restoring messages; but for me, it honestly brought tears of joy when I found out this option was available. I have shed many tears this past year but none of them have been from happiness. It may be silly that I would want to share with you why I cherish this voicemail, however, my gratitude is forever unending. Thanksgiving of 2005 I found out that my grandma had gotten very sick and had passed away. December, just days before he was due to come stay with me for the holidays, my Dad had a heart attack. His system was too weak and he didn't make it. I had just spoken with him the day before, he seemed fine. March, my dad's big brother, who had been battling cancer for the past 5 or so years, was finally laid to rest after all his pain. April, a friend from high school, just 20 years old; someone I had even dated for a short period, had a tragic car accident. He too did not survive. In the winter months of this past year, another brother of my father passed away. He had been suffering from cancer for the greater part of 10 years. All of this has been very heart-wrenching. When I discovered that my last message for my dad (the one saved by your company) was going to be erased, it was almost as though I was losing him all over again. I'm not sure I could have handled losing his voice. I have pictures, none too recent though. That voicemail is all I have left of him. Thank you for rescuing it. Not only did it come in a very timely fashion, your company's ability to save this very important message, pretty much made my year. So, again, thank you. I also appreciate you taking the time to read my lengthy letter. Take care.

listened to my CD on the way to work today and cried the whole way. You have no idea what you've done for me. I no longer have to fear losing the messages that I love and treasure so much. When you lose someone so dear to you, you want to hang on to any tiny bit of what remains of them here on this earth. You have insured that I will always have this piece of him. I forgot to mention that there are things I can hear in the background of the messages that I really couldn't hear on the phone, like music or the tv. The quality is perfect!
