Recording orders that go over 1 hour recording time will be an additional
$100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
(I.e 1 hour and 10 minutes would be $25 additional)

Yes, we can record the outgoing greeting only if needed-please tell us this is what you would like.

If you would like more than one copy please specify, each additional copy is $9.50 plus a $3 shipping fee per cd/cassette copy for First Class Mail orders.

We cannot retreive deleted messages, or messages that have dropped off the system on their own.
