Phone number where you would like the greeting recorded
Voice Mail Access Phone number (the number you dial to access the voice mail system for landline service)
Main Mailbox Voice Mail Password (and sub mailbox passwords is applicable)
Service Provider (i.e. Verizon Business Voicemail, Verizon Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, Cingular, etc.)
If selecting music, please specify which song you would like us to use.
