Landline or other Cellular Clients:

• We can provide you with a compact disc of current messages that are on your voice mail service and mail them to you. This service is generally ordered for keepsake messages from a loved one, a childrens voicemail messages, or for legal matters.                                                                                              
• We do not record from answering machines.
• If you need to order a copy of a previously placed order (within 3 months), please call us.

Complete instructions are required from you in order for CBW to access your messages from a remote location. (I.e. voice mail access numbers, phone numbers, passwords, or prompts.  

Messages that were deleted from your voice mail service cannot be retrieved. Most voice mail systems automatically delete messages after a certain period of time. Please consult your users’ manual, or your voice mail system company to allow adequate time (at least 5 business days) for our studios to record the messages you wish to have retrieved.  

• All messages we record for you are recorded in real-time.  They are not sped up to be recorded quicker, we use professional recording engineers, studios, and state of the art equipment to record all messages for you to ensure you receive the highest quality possible.
